Summer fun 2016
Lisa, Eve and I (and our families) packed a picnic, lugged dinghies and inner tubes, chairs, shovels, Towels and kiddies off to Waterton's "Sandy beach". All was going swimmingly until the black clouds appeared. We thought it would pass over us or at the very least rain for a few minutes and be done so we decided to hold our ground. The rain came down and the floods came up. we had towels and blankets over our heads. Then the hail came down and the floods came up but the families on the beach Stood Still. After about a half an hour the flood stopped and we got back in the river and ate soggy cookies then packed up and left.

Fun with Geography! We got a great little interactive map that asks us questions about where countries are, their flags, the language they speak etc.
Under the map is our world colouring map that we have thoroughly enjoyed! We have learned all about cultures, animals and customs as we have coloured this cartoon world map! Peter drew lots of doctor octopus pictures on the blackboard in the background!
